Terms of Service

1. General

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of Eagle Labs' website and services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Eagle Labs offers AI-accelerated software development and consulting services, including:

• • Design system development
• • Web and mobile applications
• • API integrations
• • Automation and workflow solutions
• • CI/CD pipeline implementation

3. Agreement and Delivery

All projects begin with an initial consultation and requirements specification. We provide fixed-price packages with clear delivery terms and timeframes. Project scope and pricing are documented in a separate project agreement.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms:

• • 50% advance payment at project start
• • 50% upon approved delivery
• • Payment within 30 days
• • All prices are excluding VAT

Specific payment terms may be agreed separately for larger projects.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, ownership of developed code and design is transferred to the client, with the following exceptions:

• • Eagle Labs retains the right to use generic components and frameworks
• • Open source components follow their respective licenses
• • Eagle Labs has the right to showcase the project in portfolio/case studies

6. Warranty and Liability

We guarantee:

• • Delivery according to agreed specification
• • 30 days bug fix warranty after delivery
• • Professional code according to industry standards

We are not liable for damages arising from misuse, third-party services or force majeure.

7. Confidentiality

We commit to treating all information about your project confidentially. If needed, a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be signed before project start.

8. Changes and Termination

Changes to project scope must be approved in writing and may affect price and timeline. Termination of ongoing projects may incur costs for work performed according to separate agreement.

9. Support and Maintenance

After delivery, we offer:

• • 30 days free bug fixes
• • Optional: Maintenance agreement for ongoing support
• • Consulting hours for future development

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation, and secondarily through the general courts of Sweden.
