Picking on a phone

Phone, Zebra handheld or Bluetooth ring scanner. Product image, shelf and tote on screen; the whole screen turns green or red when you scan.

Orders that explain themselves

Orders that can't ship get a plain-language status: blocked, partial, waiting for delivery. Every decision is logged with who and when.

Store, till and shipping in one flow

Orders from Abicart and WooCommerce, sales in the Zettle till, DHL labels and pickup points right in the system. One stock level for everything.

Switch at your own pace

Run it alongside your current warehouse system and compare stock levels before you let the old one go. Several companies can share the system with separate data.

From order to parcel

OMS receives the order and decides whether it can be released. Warehouse runs picking and packing on the floor. The steps are connected, so nothing is entered twice.

  1. 1 · OrderOnline store and tillAbicart, WooCommerce and Zettle are fetched automatically.
  2. 2 · OMSOrder checkPaid and in stock? Released. Item missing? Waits, with the reason shown.
  3. 3 · WarehousePickBatch picking in aisle order with image and shelf.
  4. 4 · WarehousePackInserts to add, packing slip with a QR code.
  5. 5 · ShippingLabel and pickupDHL label, nearest pickup point and a booked collection.

Inbound goes the other way: incoming goods are allocated to waiting orders first, in turn.
